Teaching Method

The system of backlogs was very unfair at our time, as our Seniors, if they had any backlogs, their CGPA would be capped 2.0/4.0~60%. However, when we got admitted in college, the whole pointer structure changed for us. We had the Pointer system set to 10.0 instead of 4.0. Nothing changed for our seniors though. If they still got a backlog, their CGPA would be capped 2.0/4.0~60%. However, if we got a backlog, our CGPA would be capped to 5.0/10.0~50% which made it pretty unfair as Companies that come for Placement don't accept students with a CGPA less than 60%.

Results

University of Petroleum and Energy Studies releases UPESEAT 2020 result in online mode only. The results will be tentatively available in the third week of May. Candidates can access the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies results by providing correct credentials like application number and registered mobile number. Apart from Results, candidates can also access the UPESEAT 2020 overall score, category wise ranks, and aggregate & section wise scores. The candidates who successfully qualify the examination will be able to register for skype or offline counselling. UPES Admissions will be done based on the UPESEAT result of the candidates.
